Overview

MORE developed the Care That Fits You (CTFY) brand and CareThatFitsYou.org in 2017 as a trusted sexual health resource backed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. After nearly nine years, the brand and website were ready for a refresh as part of a larger statewide campaign.

As Senior Art Director, I led the visual design and website redesign in collaboration with the Creative Director–Art and Senior Account Manager. The goal was to create a more contemporary and engaging experience while maintaining the credibility and trust that had been established over the years.

Challenge

The site had grown organically since its launch, with new content and resources added over time. This made the content structure more difficult to navigate and created opportunities to rethink how information was organized.

Visually, the site had seen little change beyond occasional photography updates. It needed to feel more relevant to today’s audience without becoming overly trendy or losing the authority of a public health resource.

Solution

I approached the redesign as an extension of the new campaign, creating a visual language that was bright, bold, and approachable while still feeling credible. The updated design gave the brand a stronger and more cohesive presence across the campaign and digital experience.

Working from audience research and years of site analytics, we restructured the content and navigation around the ways people were actually looking for sexual health information. The result was a simpler, more intuitive site that makes it easier to find answers and take action.
